Phase 1 of this beautiful water tower rennovation began in August 2012. From the pictures above you'll notice scaffoulding surrounding the building which allowed us to make window openings and vents. In total 100 windows have now been fitted. In addition, the roof has been refitted and all internal floors have been removed, leaving an empty shell in preparation for the next phase.

The development is due to be complete in 2014, which will provide 5 duplex apartments and 1 penthouse apartment which has three floors. As you can imagine the views are spectacular. Each apartment will be fitted with a high specification kitchen and bathroom, with an ensuite master bedrooom and second bedroom.

The building is within a gated community, which is a 5-10 minute walk from the centre of Bedworth. Ideally located close to the M6, Juction 3.
